Fear Of Losing One's Culture

Some cultures are destined to die in the rapid expanding globalization. With the international arena becoming or rather in the process of making a homogeneous entity with the continuous mixing and assembling of different cultures it is quite a threat for those with whom their own individual culture counts a lot more than any other. This is especially true for smaller cultural groups that exists in the world for whom the changes has been so rapid and with the inflows and outflows of people belonging to that particular cultural tribe or community only time would tell whether such a community would remain on this planet or become extinct altogether. The ironic fact is that just like some cultures would become extinct in sharp contrast some cultures would hold on to their very own or mostly so by the sheer size of their numbers alone or by their very value added qualities.
Now the question is should this cultures die an unwanted death or is there hope of making them survive on and on so long as there is civilization resting on the fundamental tenets of human existence that life is rather boring if there weren't any diversity and that the people would have to live on a life of monotonous existence? The truth is yet to be seen and is mainly in the hands of the intelligent earthlings. Dominance is a power game, but in our quest for dominance in almost all matters we forget the basic value of life and that of the surrounding environment which includes the natural beauties, the mental part of it and the spiritual. Until and unless there is co-relationship existing between all three then the human life is not full and may suffer from some intangible anomalies which only the future will unfold. True, changes are the only constant in the universe, yet human beings can use their intelligence to a sufficient level along with the understanding that all cultures having a positive spirit in them are welcome, How then could we save some cultures getting extinct. Although we are basically an animal yet we humans have a plus and that is our intelligence. So the intelligent creature of this planet should find out a way such that the cultures that have positive qualities and glorify the varied images of civilization remain for as long as our race survives. This is very important both form the aesthetic and emotional value that of course the main reason why we are way ahead of the wild animals. But isn't it horrific enough to see that several of these races are nearing the verge of extinction. Let everyone who LOVE LIFE UNDERSTAND THIS. DON'T LET ANOTHER HORRIFIC MOMENT CONFRONT US.
Nowadays a lot of multinational and transnational corporations have embedded multicultural behaviors and attitudes within the framework of their organization. This would undoubtedly stand them in good stead when they expand their market globally. Super DiversityInc awards are announced for those corporates which imbue several types of diversity including those criteria required of the committee that includes them in the Top 50. Perhaps, this sounds like a breather for those cultures that have a fear that a more assertive culture would eclipse them even at their workplace.
